Beatrix Potter Prints

We have a selection of prints from the collection of famous beatrix potter illustrations from her original animal stories. The celebrated illustrator, botanist and storyteller created wonderfully realistic illustrations of her thoughtfully established animal characters from Peter Rabbit to Hunca Munca.

Her success as a scientific illustrator after studying fungi at the royal botanical gardens at Kew (encouraged and recognised by Charles McIntosh the scottish naturalist); many summers spent in the scottish landscape and the lake district; a love of animals and large collection of pets, from rabbits to bats; helped establish the endearing lifelikeness of her characters.

Her stories continue to enchant generations of children and these wonderful prints celebrate her legacy.
